A residency programs last 9-12 months and are highly intentional in developing leaders for full-time Christian service through mentoring, education, and hands-on ministry experience.

Ozark Christian College trains men and women for Christian service. 90% of their graduates enter vocational or volunteer ministry.
Hope International University offers undergraduate, graduate and doctorate degree programs. In addition, they offer a program called SALT which offers certificate options for individuals already serving in a church.
Renew.org offers formal certificates of training in subjects such as theology and apologetics to better equip and qualify leaders for their ministry roles.
