“The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few..." This was true in the first century and it's true now. We live in a time of great opportunity for the advancement of the gospel. Yet, the number of people considering full time Christian service is declining. Over the last several years we've seen a number of Christian based colleges close their doors. We want to change that trend.

Creating Church Leaders

One of the most effective ways to help create new church leaders is through internship and residency programs. These programs provide a safe space for men and women to grow their skills and experience and develop in their calling to ministry.

There are multiple churches throughout our region who have started and are running internship/residency programs within their church in order to equip and prepare the next generation of church leaders. We’d love to help connect you with conversations and resources that could help you raise up the next generation of church leaders in and through your church family.
