Building a Network
We are serving as a catalyst in gathering and getting church leaders to think about how they can be actively calling, creating, and caring for church leaders in their local context. We are finding ways to encourage, equip, and support these leaders in their journey of creating the next generation of church leaders while caring well for the leaders and pastors they have.
